This Privacy Policy explains how Impozly (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you use our website, applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you consent to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

Account information: name, email address, company name, and billing details when you register or subscribe.
Payment information: payment method and billing address are collected and processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers.
Usage information: log data, IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited.
Uploaded files: PDFs and related files you upload for processing. These are stored only temporarily while processing is in progress and are deleted afterward unless a feature requires staging.
Communications: messages you send to support or through our chat widget.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to:

Provide, operate, and improve the Services;
Process transactions and manage subscriptions;
Communicate with you, including support responses and service updates;
Monitor usage, detect fraud, and maintain security;
Comply with legal obligations.

We do not use uploaded PDFs, artwork, or customer content to train machine-learning models or for any purpose other than providing the Services.

3. How We Share Information

We share information only with trusted third parties who help us operate the Services:

Stripe: for payment processing. Stripe’s privacy practices are described at stripe.com/privacy.
Hosting and telemetry providers: Microsoft Azure and Application Insights for hosting, logging, and performance monitoring.
Communication providers: for sending support or transactional emails.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or to respond to a legal process.

4. Data Retention

Uploaded files are processed in-memory and automatically deleted after the job completes, unless a feature explicitly requires temporary staging. Account and billing information is retained as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

5. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no online service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your theme preference. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how the Services are used. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

7. Your Rights
